Orders

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.You can then return your order either in store or via the online store in accordance with our Refund & Exchange policy.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order including changes to the delivery address. Please double check the address before purchasing.

You can check our Sizing Guide to see which size would suit you best. We recommend ordering your usual letter size.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an auto-email containing your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping alert within 5 business days of placing your order, or you notice an error when you track your package, please email us at  hello@muabomb.com

For orders within Australia will be sent the following business day. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched and sent the next business day.

Please note during SALE, all deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to reach
you.

For International orders,  Customers in the US and Canada should allow 3-10 business days for standard delivery.

New Zealand customers should allow 5-8 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & refunds will be accepted provided the conditions in our Refund & Exchange Policy have been met. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

We quality check all our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@muabomb.com with details and photos of the damages. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days and organize a replacement or refund.

Please allow 5 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our returns address for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised.

You can return or exchange full-priced items for a change of mind within 5 days of purchase in-store. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached. Sale items are not refundable for change of mind.
